This month HBO's hit documentary series, Real Sports with Bryant Gumbel, stars former Florida Football coach, Urban Meyer and his successes and failures in college football and life. Also, the show will highlight comedian Frank Caliendo and his amazing celebrity impressions. What is it like being Frank Caliendo? And lastly, Real Sports takes a look behind the scenes with fantasy football and its million-dollar buisness? Why are fans, such as myself , attracted to it and can't get enough of it. Are all you comedy fans ready for Season 4 of Key and Peele?! I know I am and I can't wait what stars and creators, Keegan Michael Key and Jordan Peele have in store for us. Their sketches about the President of the United States, to professional football players and their exotic names, seem to make me laugh. I can't believe that it is already Week 3 of the NFl season. With these past couple weeks, there has been much controversy of domestic violence issues by NFL players and it has overshadowed the league. Roger Gooddell , yesterday made a press conference addressing these issues and how he admitted to delivering proper punishment on the Ray Rice case, but the public seemed disingenuous and didn't really believe his statements. He said that the NFL " will seek experts in the field of do domesitc violence and other issues" plaguing the NFL. Yet, I believe that Goodell should resign and entirely too much off-field criminal issues insinuated by NFL players has been on his watch. The NFL must start anew, with a new commissioner. The 2nd week of the NFL is in the books. As for my team, the Washington Redskins , it was a bitter-sweet week. The Redskins smashed the Jacksonville Jaguars , 41-10 but lose QB Robert Griffin III due to a dislocated ankle that occurred in the 1st quarter. Griffin has had several injuries in his short NFL career with an ACL tear in 2012, minor injuries in 2013 and now a dislocated ankle, which SportsCenter reported that there is no fractures in the ankle and could potentially play later on in the season. As for backup QB Kirk Cousins, he had an amazing game, with a 109.9 QBR and completed about 70 percent of his passes and 3 touchdowns. Cousins has had experience winning games when Griffin has been hurt , and with his consistent play, he could potentially be a long-term starter for the Redskins . As for Griffin, another setback has been placed on him, but he is still young and I'm confident that we will rehabilitate and perform when he is ready.  The next opponent for the Redskins i

Are you guys ready for some Week 2 NFL football action?!!! This week has been controversial again, following the Ray Rice situation, yesterday, Minnesota Viking RB Adrian Peterson was charged with child abuse. He turned himself into the Montgomery County , TX Police Department and was set on $15,000 bail. This extremely disappointing for the league because Peterson had a reputation for being a class act and serving the community outside of the NFL. Last year, his son was killed due to abuse from another adult and was charged.  This coupled again with all of this domestic violence and drug charges by NFL players have been a bad name for the NFL. I question Roger Gooddell and his influence on the league. Also, there has been an investigation into the video submissions of the Ray Rice tapes and it was reported that Goodell received all of the Ray Rice tapes on April 15th from the casino in which Ray abused his wife. Former Baltimore Ravens running back, Ray Rice has been released from the Ravens and suspended from the NFL indefinitely. This is due to his videos of him domestically abusing his fiancee ,and originally was TMZ Sports leaked a recent video yesterday of him clearly abusing his wife , knocking her unconscious. This is absolutely disgusting and deserves this punishment. Rice also cannot play in any other football leagues , such as the Canadian Football League, (CFL). Rice must face the consequences of his actions and reevaluate his marriage, character and manhood.  As for Rice's future, it remains uncertain but hopefully he seeks counseling and puts football aside at the moment , which has been done for him.  Janay Palmer, Rice's wife, has come to his defense and asks that the media has costs Rice's " career", and that " we seek privacy as we work on this family matter."  However, I'm dissapointed in the NFL being reactionary in not suspending Rice soo

Well folks, it looks like summer is dwindling down, but the fall should have alot in store for us. As for sports, the NFL will officially come back on the 4th, when the defending champion Seattle Seahawks, take on the Green Bay Packers for opening night at 8:30 on NBC. For basketball, we have about two months left until the NBA and NCAA season starts, but training camp will get into full swing in the start of October. For you baseball fans, playoff season is among us and red hot local teams such as the Washington Nationals, and Baltimore Orioles look to make a deep run and potential World Series Title. This also concludes Yankee's star, Derek Jeter's potentially last month of baseball for his career. Will he break anymore records?? And for television , shows such as Key and Peele (Sept. 24th) and Parks and Recreation ( last season) will debut and give us a ton of laughs while the weather gets cold and brisk, and we can sit on the couch be warm with laughter and heating haha.
