The fight that everyone has been waiting for , will happen on May 2nd, and with only a couple days away, the boxing world and fans around the world will know who is the best fighter today. This fight should have happened 7 years ago, when Mayweather and Pacquiao were younger and coming off great victories but I'm glad that this fight will happen. This fight will also be one of the most expensive fights ever, Floyd Mayweather is expected to make over 100 million dollars and the same goes for Manny Pacquiao. You can purchase the fight on Pay-Per-View for about $100. Seats for the fight are being sold for as high as $40,000 dollars each. So, with all of this money being invested, the fight better not disappoint. Now, in terms of who will win, I believe that Manny Pacquiao will win  this fight in the 12th round and a potential knockout. I respect Mayweather's credentials and him being undefeated, but I think for the more reason, he has something to lose in this fight, and his mask

To all my Fast and Furious fans out there, I have some good and exciting news, Furious 8 will hit theatres on April 14th, 2017. There will be another movie!! We shall see where the Furious crew heads next. I had no doubt that there will be another movie, it made over a 100 million dollars in its opening week and to date, its made over 1 billion dollars worldwide. Most of the revenue obviously came from those movie goers, including myself, wanting to see how Paul Walker's tenure with the franchise ended, due to his tragic death in 2013. It will be interesting to see if there will be any new characters added in for the next movie and potentially  another leading A-list Hollywood actor added into the cast.  The news was announced today in Las Vegas, at Universal's CinemaCon by leading actor and franchise staple , Vin Diesel. According to IMDB, Diesel's reactions were, " We were giddy and excited, you all (fans) gave me so much confidence. There was so much love." In

Playoff time for the NBA is a great and exciting time. The top 16 teams in the league duel it out for the crown of the league's best, an NBA championship. The matchups for the Eastern Conference are, 1. Atlanta vs. 8. Brooklyn, 2. Cleveland vs. 7. Boston, 3. Chicago vs.6. Milwaukee and 4. Toronto vs. Chicago.  For the Western Conference, the matchups are 1. Golden State vs. New Orleans, 2. Houston vs. Dallas , 3. Los Angeles Clippers vs. San Antonio and 4. Memphis vs. Portland. Now, it is time for the predictions. Now starting off with the East, I believe that Atlanta will beat Brooklyn convincingly in their series, 4-1. Atlanta is the best team in the East this year and should have no problems against an aging Brooklyn team with Deron Williams and mediocre center play by Brook Lopez.  Now for Cleveland and Boston, The Cavs will beat the young Celtics team, 4-1 in a series. After having a week to linger my thoughts on the latest Furious 7 movie, I have come to the conclusion that is was well done considering the circumstances of Paul Walker's death. In the latest installment of the Fast and Furious franchise, the racing gang comes back together to  fight Deckard Shaw, brother of the last move's villain, Shaw , but was brutally injured by the Furious gang and reclaimed , Letty, who lost her memory of her old friends and was trained as a mercenary under Shaw. But, in Furious, 7 , all seems well as all of the original members are together again, but Deckard Shaw takes out a member of the crew, drawing the attention of the Fast 7 crew and wanting complete chaos wherever he goes.  So, the Furious Crew must take down another Shaw and with the help of secret government forces, the look to save citizens from Shaw's chaotic plans.  The action in the film is well shot and like all of the Furious films, there's great fighting sequences and racing sce

Well folks, it is all over! A new NCAA Basketball Champ is crowned and that team is Duke Unviersity. Coack K and his Blue Devils capture their 5th national championship under the leadership of Senior Guard Quinn Cook from the DC area such as myself, and excellent freshman play of Tyus Jones, Justice Winslow an potential NBA #1 pick in the 2015 draft , Jahlil Okafor. Duke went up against a Wisconsin team that was coming off from defeating an undefeated Kentucky team and with their play under National Player of the Year, Frank Kaminski and Sam Decker. However, Wisconsin struggled throughout the game at the free throw line at 60% versus Duke's team percentage of  80%.  In addition, Wisconsin's shooting overall was less than satisfactory with 41% from the field and Duke nearly made half of all of their shots with 47%.  As for the defensive side of the ball, Duke handled Wisconsin with 6 blocks and 4 steals. Wisconsin on the other hand, only 1 block and 3 steals. And you know what t

After a crazy last week in college posteason basketball, we are down to the Final Four teams, which are Duke, Wisconsin, Kentucky, and Michigan State. Undefeated Kentucky will face Wisconsin, and big man , Frank Kaminski. This will be a rematch of last year's game when Kentucky won in the final seconds, to advance to the championship game. They look to defeat Wisconsin again this year and head back to the title game. As for the other two teams, Michigan State and Duke, it should be a great matchup with head coach Tom Izzo leading his Michigan State Spartans to another Final Four and legendary Coach K for Duke, the all-time winningiest coach in college basketball, looks to head to the championship game , since 2010. We shall see this weekend again, how will emerge victorious in the battle between the top-notch basketball programs in the country! It all goes down this Saturday!!
