Kevin Love Joins the Cavs

For all you basketball fans out there, such as myself. Kevin Love has taken his talents to Cleveland Ohio and joined forces with LeBron James, who return back to his hometown to play and budding young star Kyrie Irving. The Cavaliers with Kevin Love look to be the best team in the NBA Eastern Conference and are likely favorites against the San Antonio Spurs, a team LeBron James is quite familiar with, losing to them in the NBA Finals twice and winning only once. However, the past is the past and Cleveland has its best team in their franchise history and with having the best player in the game, LeBron James and stars Kevin Love in the post, it looks like a better trio than the one LeBron had with Chris Bosh and Dwayne Wade.  In the trade for Kevin Love, who was on a terrible Minnesota Timberwolves team, averaging 26 points and 12 rebounds, Cleveland traded their 2013 and 14 Number 1 picks Andrew Wiggins and Anthony Bennett. Minnesota also receives  Thaddeus Young from the Philadelphia 7

5 Years: David Bowie Documentary

David Bowie is revered as one of the greatest artists of all time. His influence on pop, rock, soul music has shaped the way current artists perform and create their music. The documentary, 5 years , chronicles a 5 year period from the mid 1970s , David's Ziggy Stardust and Soulman Days, to the early 1980s, with hits such as "Let's Dance", "China Girl" etc. In addition, the film captures Bowie's commentary and thought process behind those songs, albums and artistic direction in that time period.  Bowie is a creative genius and also in this documentary one can see the struggles Bowie has personally and how his music served as an outlet to release his pain and transform that into musical expression.  I highly recommend that everyone watches this documentary on Showtime.  Rating: 9.5/10  Follow me on Twitter: @AlsRealTweets Follow me on Blogger:  Albert Millard  Follow me on Facebook:  Albert Millard  Follow me on Feedspot
