Fresh Off The Boat on ABC

The all new Asian-American family sitcom is finally coming to network television. Fresh Off the Boat , chronicles celebrity chef, Ed Wong and his life as child of Asian-American immigrants transitioning in American life. The show will premiere on ABC. I love this show's concept and hope it does well on national television.  There needs to be more Asian representation in television and film. Not just the stereotypical Asians on television, who are owners of a liquor store, or Chinese restaurant , with goofy accents.  I hope this paves the way for more Asians in television and film.  I would like to see more Asians on shows such as Saturday Night Live or late-night talk shows , such as Jimmy Fallon, David Letterman or Jimmy Kimmel Live .  I hope that Fresh Off The Boat  sails to success.

What's up everyone, I know I've been on hiatus but I've been listening to some great music lately, and some from one of my favorite artists, Drake. Drake dropped two new singles a couple weeks ago, with God's Plan and Diplomatic Immunity. These are hits already and God's Plan has already gone platinum. Drake also shot the music video and released it last week . The video is set in downtown Miami, FL and Drake gives back to the community and gives money to those in need, cars, and other charitable organizations in the process. Yo everybody I wanted to put you guys on to an an emerging recording artist, Goldlink. Goldlink from Washington. D.C. has made waves this past year with his hit song " Crew" and has put other jams such as "Meditation" and " Herside Story". Black Panther Review

The highly anticipated Marvel movie,  Black Panther has shattered and exceeded the box - office expectations. Deservedly so, the film has gained a 100 percent score on Rotten Tomatoes and critically acclaimed reviews across the United States and around the world.
