NBA FINALS 2013

The moment has finally come , the NBA Finals. The Miami Heat look to defend their title again , and this marks their third consecutive trip to the finals in 3 years , since superstars LeBron James, Chris Bosh and Dwayne Wade joined forces in 2010. As for their opponents, the San Antonio Spurs  they return to the finals since their last championship win in 2007. The Spurs have veteran and championship petigree with center Tim Duncan, speed demon Tony Parker and the explosive foward and key role player, Manu Ginobili. However, beyond the matchups, this championship series represents redemption and solidifaction of greatness for LeBron James, who is viewed as the most dominant player in the NBA currently. In 2007, James reached his first Finals with the Clevland Cavaliers but his efforts weren't enough and was swept by the San Antonio Spurs under veterans Duncan , Parker and Ginobili . James now has the opportunity to redeem himself and prove to the Spurs that he has matured and can defeat them without any doubts. Also, in terms of James' career , he can add a second consecutive championship to his resume and fair with Michael Jordan and the greats of NBA history. This can only be accomplished if James and his superstar cast can effectively work cohesively on defense, trapping big-man Duncan and the extremely quick Parker on offensive screens. Offensively, the Heat need faciliate through James, how can attack the basket at will and has established consistent perimeter shooting. Then, shooters can be open at the wings and fire away. Big men such as Chris Bosh needs to focus on rebounding and he will get second-chance opportunites with putbacks and can establish a post-game attacking Duncan with offensive screens with Wade or James . Like I said before, the Heat is  the more talented team , but they must be disicplined enough to work in unison. THe Spurs will give a challenge with their veteran championship experience and exemplary coaching under Gregg Poppovich. I got the Heat , and hopefully they won't burn out!

What's up everyone, I know I've been on hiatus but I've been listening to some great music lately, and some from one of my favorite artists, Drake. Drake dropped two new singles a couple weeks ago, with God's Plan and Diplomatic Immunity. These are hits already and God's Plan has already gone platinum. Drake also shot the music video and released it last week . The video is set in downtown Miami, FL and Drake gives back to the community and gives money to those in need, cars, and other charitable organizations in the process. Yo everybody I wanted to put you guys on to an an emerging recording artist, Goldlink. Goldlink from Washington. D.C. has made waves this past year with his hit song " Crew" and has put other jams such as "Meditation" and " Herside Story". Black Panther Review

The highly anticipated Marvel movie,  Black Panther has shattered and exceeded the box - office expectations. Deservedly so, the film has gained a 100 percent score on Rotten Tomatoes and critically acclaimed reviews across the United States and around the world. The film centers around star Chadwick Boseman, who plays T'Challa a prince of a hidden nation in Africa, Wakanda.
