Chad Johnson gets cut..... again........

Chad Johnson, former wide reciever of the Miami Dolphins was cut yesterday. Johnson was cut because of his dismal Week 1 preseason performance , not getting any catches throughout the entire game. Johnson also may have been cut due to his declining age as a wide out, 36 years old is an elder statesman for wide recievers in the National Football League. Although, this is not the first Johnson was cut from a NFL team, last year, Johnson was on the AFC Champion New England Patriots. Johnson was brought in from free agency with his first NFL team, the Cincinatti Bengals , the Patriots wanted to use his skills to contend for a superbowl ring. During the season, Johnson had limited production , even though the team made it to the title game against the New York Giants.However, the Patriots lost to the Giants , 21-17. Johnson was immeadiately dismissed from the team in the offseason. But, the Miami Dolphins picked up Johnson on a 1 yr deal , until he was dismissed again yesterday. So, what does the future hold for the wide reciver. Will he retire? Will he find another team to accept his talent? Johnson has been focusing less on football over the past couple years and trying to become a Hollywood star. He married reality tv star , Evelyn Lozada , from VH1's show , "Basketball Wives". Before he married his wife, he held a reality dating show called "Ochocinco", in which women would compete for his love as a prospective wife, but that failed. In my opinion, Johnson must deal with his personal insecurites , because its affecting his football career and lifestyle. Johnson says he would like to be a Hall of Fame wide out, but he lacks the character and discipline to achieve that title. Johnson should sit out a year from football and workout his physical and emotional problems. Until he does that, Johnson will continue to have misfortune . I wish the best for Chad Johnson.
