It is predicted that Mayans , an ancient civilization located in Central America , thousands of years ago , predicted that on this day , December 21, 2012 , the world as we know it , would tragically come to an end . The world was to have been in this apoctolyptic state . in which the sky would fall, there would be a series of natural disasters, such as hurricanes, tsunamis , tornadoes and earthquakes that would transpire simotaneously all around the world. Now , my question is, why? Why would you believe this? Are you people really scared of what some Mayans predicted ? They probably came to the conclusion that the world would end in 2012, because they ran out of space to write on their stone tablets, alongside their polythestic gods that provided their reasons for existence. C'mon people, don't pay attention to everything that you hear. Well, newsflash, the world is not over, people are being born the minute, dying by the minute , and the rest of us are finding our "call...

The holidays are just around the corner . What will you give your best friend , spouse , partner this holiday season . Will it be some expensive jewlery , clothes , or money. All of these questions are one that a person has to consider when buying a gift for the holidays. Or , will you even buy a gift this year , or just spend the holiday season enjoying the time with your family? My suggestion is that one should just go out , enjoy the nightlife of your town during the holiday season, get away if you can to an exotic paradise . Just do what makes you happy , plain and simple .  HAPPY HOLIDAYSSS!!!

Saturday Night Live returns with its Holiday Episode Special with guest-star Jamie Foxx. In years past, Saturday Night Live has executed with celebrity hosts on the holiday special. I'm looking foward to Foxx stealing the show this comedic genius personality and the creative, elegant writing of the show. Tune in tonight at 11:30pm et/ 8:30pm pt.

What do kids want to do with their futures? Will they be what their parents want them to be, such as doctors, lawyers, accountants , or real estate brokers? Will kids live the suburban, wealthy , or "underprivilged" class? Questions like these always ponder inside a child's mind. Personally, i feel that Im pressured to automatically have a career  once I graduate college. Let me just experience the fields of study that I desire, and if It isn't successful , I can always work at McDonalds right? Well, I wont work at McDonalds, but Ill be sure to continue to educate myself and go beyond a Bachellor's degree.  I really want to stress that to the kids who don't want to continue their education, and drop out of highschool , or college. I know that by that age , one is an adult and can make their own decisions . Most likely a kid without a secondary education will suffer economically and if they choose to have families. Everyone needs a back-up plan , just in case y...

Saturday Night Live was great last night , filled with guest appearances by Daniel Crag, aka James Bond, and musical performance by rock band Muse. SNL did great parodies of this last weeks presidential debate between incumbent president Barack Obama and governor Mitt Romney. In addition , a comical appearance by Sesame Street's Big Bird, appeared to respond to Romney's comments on cutting PBS cidication on national television , including shows such as Sesame Street. Overall, last night was a great show and tune in next week @ 11:30pm Et.

It looks like the NBA season is almost under way . There's only about a month left until the season starts and major buzz is coming from defending champions , Miami Heat and their offseason acquisition of G Ray Allen . Also, the Los Angeles Lakers added superstars Steve Nash and big man Dwight Howard to boost tremendously their championship hopes. The season is only 26 days away from tip-off!!!! Be sure to watch for an exiting season

Week 2 of NFL Sunday has arrived . Teams such as the Redskins, Jets, Ravens, have made winning statements and proven they are contending forces in the league. Teams that have not impressed so far, such as the Titans, Browns, Cheifs, look for redemption this week against their opponents . Check out the games at 1, 4 on CBS/FOX and the prime time game of the week at 8 on NBC. Who will win , who will lose ?!
